Tracy Dietrich

Tracy and Cindy have been performing together ever since they met at Manor Brethren in Christ Church in Mountville, PA. Frequently, they perform their own arrangements as well as classical and jazz styles for Sunday morning services and other various events. Their new CD, "Christmas with Silver, Wood & Ivory" has been created because of the encouragement of many people who enjoy their music. As a flute and piano duo, they are known as "Silver, Wood & Ivory".

Tracy is an extremely gifted musician, which is apparent when listening to this new CD. She grew up in Columbia, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where she studied flute with Ray Kauffman of Lititz, PA. She earned a B.A. degree in music from Indiana University in Indiana, Pennsylvania.  She is currently a professional flutist, free-lance performer, and a flute teacher in Washington Boro, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She is a member of a flute quartet, “Suite Silver.”   Her husband is John Dietrich and they have three children: Jenna, Tyler and Olivia, all at home.
