Ed Diller
Chef for Silver, Wood & Ivory Dinner Concerts
Ed Diller

After attending The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, Ed Diller opened Jethros Restaurant in Lancaster. He had the excellent fortune to meet, hire and learn from Ellen Rogers, a pastry chef, and from Paul Asso, a French Chef.

After leaving Jethros, Ed worked at Woods Restaurant in New York as second chef at lunch and simultaneously worked as second chef at Claire Restaurant in the evenings. Ed became Chef and General Manager of Hamburger Harrys on 45th St in Manhattan.

Upon returning to Lancaster and marrying Ellen Rogers, Ed became a Realtor. He and Ellen now cook for fun.
