The Story of the Red Maple Tree

 

Just outside our front door stands a magnificent red maple, perfectly positioned to be enjoyed from Cindy’s piano studio. Each autumn, it saves its very best for last, turning brilliant shades of crimson and holding onto its leaves until, almost at once, they fall and create an extraordinary carpet of red beneath its sweeping branches.

One autumn morning, while Cindy was outside enjoying her coffee, the rising sun began streaming through the morning haze and directly through the glowing red leaves. The light, the mist, and the colors came together for just a few fleeting moments. Fortunately, the camera was nearby.
